This fix package fixes APAR IY70159 on AIX 5.3.

Problem Description
-------------------
32 bit application with neither NOKRTL nor RESOLVEALL specified in
the LDR_CNTRL env variable, loads a library with '..' symbols
in to the shared library area may core dump.
