After a Fiber Channel switch port is disabled and re-enabled,
the attached disks may not be accessible.


Requisites
----------
This fix applies to the 5300-09 Technology Level with the
devices.pci.df1000f7.com fileset at the 5.3.9.0 through 5.3.9.2
level.


Installation
------------
AIX:
	emgr -e IZ42658.epkg.Z

VIOS:
	updateios -accept -install -dev IZ42658.epkg.Z

A Reboot is required for the fix to be in effect.
