IBM C&C++ compilers for AIX V3.6.6.2

This compiler modification is designed to prevent a floating point operation 
from storing an incorrect value to memory on certain POWER3 systems, whether
or not the system firmware has been updated as described in the IBM Service 
Bulletin dated July 5. Users may expect that the performance impact of this
compiler modification will be negligible.

We strongly recommend that system administrators apply this PTF to all of their
licensed copies of the IBM C&C++ compilers for AIX V3R6M6 compiler and recompile all 
source code that might ever be run on a POWER3 system.   

This maintenance is to be applied on machines with V3.6.6 currently installed"
