Note - the 4.0.2.0 level of this compiler is a product refresh.  It is available
here with a try and buy license.  This product refresh will continue to work
with any existing product licenses enrolled for previous levels of the 4.0
compiler.  However, it is important that any existing license files be backed
up (i.e. /usr/vacpp/vac40_c.lic, /usr/vacpp/vac40_cn.lic) in case they need to
be enrolled again in the future.
