If you select a Java™ template model when you create a UML project,
you can create a UML model that has the Java transformation
profile applied, and includes the Java primitive
types library.
Before you begin
You must be in the
Modeling perspective.
You must enable the Java Modeling
capability.
Note: The Java Modeling
capability is an advanced capability that is contained in the Modeling
capability.
Procedure
- Click .
- In the New Project window, from the Wizards list,
expand Modeling, click UML Project,
and click Next.
- In the Project name field, type
a name, and click Next.
- In the Categories pane, click the Java Development folder.
In the Templates pane, select a template. For a description
of the template, see the Template description field.
- In the File name field, type a name
and click Finish. The new
project is displayed in the Project Explorer view.
