You can create reports about specific activities that have
happened to assets in a community with the audit tools in the IBM® Rational® Asset Manager web
client.
About this task
To create a custom
report about activities for
assets in
a community, you must be a member of a community.
Procedure
- Log in to the IBM Rational Asset Manager web
client.
- Click Communities.
- Click the name of the community
that you want to view the statistics for.
- Click the Audit tab.
- On the Audit page, select
the activities
that you would like to view a report of. You must select
at least one activity, and you can select as many as you want.
- In the From field, select
the earliest
date that you would like to see results for.
- In
the To field, select the most
recent date that you would like to see results for.
- Click Generate Audit. The
results will appear. The web client can only show you
a maximum of 1,000 activities. If your request audit has more than
1,000 results, you can download the full results as a comma-separated
text file.
- Next:

(in .csv format), click Download.
- To generate a different audit, click Generate New
Audit.
