Lesson 4.3: Adding an approval requirement to exit the review state

You can add a requirement that for the asset to continue into the next state of the review, a certain number of approvals must be met. This approval requirement is defined as an exit condition in the review state.
This lesson applies to a community lifecycle, however, you can add approval exit conditions to any lifecycle state that you have permission to edit.
  1. In the state drop-down list, select the Approve > Approved transition and click Go.
  2. In the row for an existing condition, select AND and click the plus icon.
  3. In the drop-down, select Number of approvals.
  4. Leave the default selections of from all approvers and the number of approvals as 1.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Click Save.
You have required that for the asset to leave the review state, each approver must have approved the asset review at least once.
