Extend the basic functionality of a master lifecycles into
a customized lifecycle for a comnmunity to manage review processes
for assets.
You must have community administrator privileges to create
a community lifecycle.
- Click Administration.
- Click Communities.
- Select a community.
- Click the Lifecycles tab.
- Click New Lifecycle.
- Select the Rational Sales Master Lifecycle created
in Lesson 3.
- Click Next.
- For the name of the lifecycle, enter Rational
sales presentation lifecycle. This name is
viewed at the community level, so when you are choosing a lifecycle
name, make sure it is specific enough that the community administrators
know what to use this lifecycle for.
- Enter the description This lifecycle applies
to all Rational presentation assets in sales and marketing and uses
a standard workflow.
- Click Save.
The master lifecycle has been customized for use in a community.
