Connecting a community to development and change management
servers
You can connect a community in IBM® Rational® Asset Manager to
other applications such as Rational ClearQuest®, Tivoli® Change and Configuration
Management Database, or WebSphere® Service
Registry and Repository.
Connecting with Rational ClearQuest
You must create connections to Rational ClearQuest through the Rational Asset
Manager web application. Connections are required for forum mappings
configurations, queries, and ClearQuest-driven review processes.
Connecting to WebSphere Service Registry and Repository
To publish web service assets, you must be connected to IBM WebSphere Service
Registry and Repository (WSRR). You can connect to WSRR from the IBM Rational Asset Manager web
client.
Connecting with custom change management systems
You can create connections to custom change management
or review systems, such as Bugzilla. Prior to creating a connection,
the repository administrator must have configured the server to use
a custom review process.
