Setting up the proxy server to access help

If you access the web-based help for your product through a proxy server, you must manually configure the proxy settings.

Before you begin

You must have information about your proxy server.

Procedure

  1. In your product, click Window > Preferences.
  2. In the Preferences window, expand General and click Network Connections.
  3. On the Network Connections page, follow the instructions and enter your proxy server information.
  4. Click OK.
