This task explains
how to select transformations to use
on your
UML model.
Transformations are shown
in the main table of the transformation parameters
editor only if they are being applied to one or more of the elements
in the
UML model. When you right-click a UML element and then click a transformation
from the popup menu, that transformation is shown in a column in the
editor.
If you right-click a UML element and do not see the
transformation you
want to use, that transformation may not be selected or installed.
Follow
these steps to select the transformations that you want to be available
in
the transformation parameters editor:
- Open the transformation
parameters editor. You can open an existing TPM
file or right-click a UML file and then click Edit Transformation
Parameters.
- At the top right corner of the editor,
click the Manage applied
transformations check box. The Manage Your Transformation
Parameters
window opens.
- Move the transformations that you want to use
into the Selected
Transforms list by clicking a transformation in the Available
Transforms list and then clicking Add.
- Move the transformations that you do not want to use into the Available
Transforms list by clicking a transformation in the Selected
Transforms list and then clicking Remove.
- You can change the order of the transformations by clicking a
transformation
and then clicking Move Up or Move
Down.
The order of the transformations controls the order of the columns
in the
transformation parameters editor.
- Click OK.
