Folding
enables you to collapse blocks of code in the EGL
editor
to hide them.
Folding has no effect on EGL
source code or generated source; it is only
a tool to view the active parts of your source code while hiding parts
that
you are not currently working with.
To set folding preferences:
- From the main menu, click .
- In the Preferences
window, expand and click Folding.
- On
the Folding page of the Preferences window, select the Enable
folding check box to enable the EGL editor to collapse
sections
of your code.
- Under Initially fold these elements,
select the
check boxes next to the sections of EGL code that you want the editor
to fold
automatically when you open a file.
- In the Number
of property block lines needed to enable folding field,
enter the minimum number of lines in a block of properties that you
want to
be able to fold. If you select the Properties Block check
box, EGL will automatically fold blocks of properties of the given
size or
larger.
- Click Apply to save the changes
and remain in the
Preferences window. Click OK to save the changes
and
exit the window.
