The number of rows in a menu bar is determined by consecutively placing the text from each MNUBARCHC keyword on a row with a 3 space buffer between MNUBARCHC text. If the text for a MNUBARCHC cannot completely fit on a row for a specific display size, the number of menu-bar rows is incremented by 1 and the MNUBARCHC text is placed on the next row. After all MNUBARCHC text has been processed, a menu-bar separator line is added.
