extends Exception

Thrown when an error is encountered accessing a user interface panel definition. DisplayManagerException can display a translated user message describing the cause of the error.

parent - Determines the Frame in which the dialog is displayed. If null, or if the parent component has no Frame, a default Frame is used.

Returns a localized description of this DisplayManagerException.
