Report controls - Indicators

You can set indicators to show how the currently selected report will be displayed under various conditions.

To apply conditioning to the report on conditioned records, perform these steps:
  1. Create a new indicator set.
    1. Select the Indicators tab inside the Report controls.
    2. Press the New button.
    3. Provide a name for this Indicator set by typing the name into the Name field of the Selected set.
    4. Press the Apply button to the right of the Name field.
    5. Select which indicators to set on by selecting the check box beside their numbers.
    Note: If the table of indicators is not visible, maximize the editor by double-clicking the editor tab or expand the area of the Report controls by dragging down the line between the controls and the report area.
  2. Applying an indicator set to a record.
    1. Select the Values tab inside the Report controls.
    2. Select the record to be previewed from the list.
    3. Apply the Indicator set from the drop down list.
