The Colors and Fonts preference
is used to set the default font for the editors in the workspace.
It provides a general setting for text when working with an editor.
However, you can customize various elements in the PL/I editor by
using the PL/ISyntax Coloring preference.
Procedure
- Click .
- Click + to expand PL/I.
- Select PL/I Editor Text Font and
then click the Edit button. The Font window
opens.
- Use the Font window to set the font,
style, size, and effects, and click OK.
Tip: To preserve column alignment in the editor,
choose a monospace font.
- To modify the font used to compare PL/I files:
- Click + to expand Text Compare.
- Select PL/I compare text font
and then click the Edit button. The Font window
opens.
- Use the Font window to set the
font, style, size, and effects, and click OK.
