The naming rules for document and folder names are as follows:
- Name must contain a 1 to 8 character part.
- It can be followed by a period and a 1 to 3 character part called an
extender.
- Characters can be alphanumeric (A through Z, 0 through 9, @, #, $, (, ),
_, and apostrophe(')).
- The name can be enclosed in apostrophes (') and must be if the name
contains a closing parenthesis ')' or apostrophe(').
The syntax rules for a concatenated folder name are:
- The name must consist of more than one simple folder name separated by
slashes (/).
- The total length of the folder name cannot exceed 63 characters.
