NOOPTIMIZE / BASICOPT / FULLOPT
- NOOPTIMIZE indicates that no optimization
is performed on the compiled module. Compilation time is minimized when this
option is used. This option allows variables to be displayed and modified
during debugging. NOOPTIMIZE is the default value.
- BASICOPT indicates that some optimization (only
at the local block level) is performed on the compiled module. This option
allows user variables to be displayed but not modified during debugging.
- FULLOPT indicates that full optimization (at the
global level) is performed on the compiled module. This optimization increases
compilation time but also generates the most efficient code. This option allows
user variables to be displayed but not modified during debugging. The displayed
values of the variables my not be their current values.
