The Remove NetWare Authentication Entry (RMVNTWAUTE) command
removes an authentication entry from a user profile.

Server type (SVRTYPE)
Specifies the type of authentication entry to be removed.
- *ALL
- Remove all authentication entries.
- *NETWARE3
- Remove entries for NetWare 3.x servers.
- *NDS
- Remove entries for NetWare Directory Services trees.
NDS tree (NDSTREE)
Specifies, for *NDS entries, the NetWare Directory Services tree
name of the authentication entry to be removed.
- *ALL
- Remove authentication entries for all NDS tree names.
- 'name'
- Specify the name of the NDS tree entry to be deleted.
- 'generic-name'
- Specify the generic name of the NDS tree entry to be deleted. A
generic name is a character string of one or more characters
followed by an asterisk (*); for example, ABC*. The asterisk
substitutes for any valid characters. A generic name specifies all
objects with names that begin with the generic prefix for which the
user has authority. If an asterisk is not included with the generic
(prefix) name, the system assumes it to be the complete object
name. If the complete object name is specified, and multiple
libraries are searched, multiple objects can be deleted only if
*ALL or *ALLUSR library values can be specified for the name.
Server (SERVER)
Specifies, for *NETWARE3 entries, the server name of the
authentication entry to be removed.

- Remove authentication entries for all server names.
- 'name'
- Specify the name of the server entry to be deleted.
- 'generic-name'
- Specify the generic name of the server entry to be deleted. A
generic name is a character string of one or more characters
followed by an asterisk (*); for example, ABC*. The asterisk

objects with names that begin with the generic prefix for which the

User profile (USRPRF)
Specifies the user profile from which the authentication entry
is to be removed.
- *CURRENT
- Remove the entry from the current user profile.

- Specify the name of the user profile. The user profile must be
the current user profile, or the user must have *USE and *OBJMGT
authority to the user profile, and *SECADM special authority.
RMVNTWAUTE SVRTYPE(*NDS) NDSTREE(IBMTREE)
This command removes the authentication entry for the NetWare
Directory Services tree IBMTREE from the current user profile.
