To add a DDS keyword to a file, record, or field, perform the following
steps:
- From the Insert menu, select Keywords. The
Create keywords tab in the Utilities notebook appears with a list of all the
available keywords for the selected object.
- Double-click on the keyword icon you want to create.
- For keywords with no parameters defined, the program automatically creates
the keyword.
- For keywords with parameters defined, the program brings up a properties
notebook so that you can change the keyword's properties.
- The program creates some keywords through a page in their file, record, or
field properties notebook. For those keywords, the properties notebook
of the parent appears so that you can create and change the keyword.
