When you run the code review
application for a COBOL source code file, it also processes most copybooks
files. The copybooks files must meet the following requirements:
- A main source code file refers to the copybook and this main source
code file is not excluded from processing.
- The copybook file exists in a local project or directory being
analyzed.
- Any of the following conditions are true:
- The copybook file is present in the same project or directory
as the main source code file.
- The main source file referring to the copybook file is in an AIX
COBOL project that was built successfully in the workbench.
- The Default Copybook Location project property of the project
containing the main source file contains the remote path of the copybook
file
- The Default Copybook Location preference contains the remote path
of the copybook file.
