You can set your Design page to show how the active record will appear
under various conditions. To apply conditioning to the Design page on
conditioned records and fields, perform the following steps:
- Step 1: Create a named indicator set

- From the View menu, select Change named indicator
sets. The Named indicator sets dialog appears.
- Fastpath:
- Click on
from the Design page toolbar to bring up the Named indicator sets
dialog.
- Select which of the 01-99 indicators you wish to turn on by placing a
check mark in the indicator box.
- Type a descriptive name for this indicator set in the Settings
name field.
- Select Create to add this indicator set to the list box.
- Select OK to close this dialog and apply this named indicator
set. Any conditions set for the records and fields in this Design page
will be applied, and you will see their effect.

- Step 2: Change an indicator set for the current record

- From the View menu, select Select named indicator
sets.
- From the cascading menu, select the named indicator set you wish to
apply. This list contains all user-defined named indicator sets as well
as two predefined sets. You cannot change the predefined sets
Ignore all indicators and All indicators are off.
- Fastpath:
- Select the named indicator set from the drop-down list that is located on the
toolbar to apply it to the Design page.
