You should be aware of the following limitations when you work with tables:
- The number of occurrences of an item in the OCCURS clause can be up to
a maximum of 16 711 568.
- Table elements, including subordinate elements, have a size limit of 16 711 568
bytes.
- The OCCURS clause cannot appear in a data description entry that:
- Has a level-number of 01, 66, 77, or 88.
- Describes a redefined data item. However, a redefined item can be subordinate
to an item containing an OCCURS clause.
