Named indicator set

The Named indicator set dialog allows you to define scenarios to see how your screen or report will appear with certain indicators on or off. Two such scenarios are predefined for you: Ignore all indicators which ignores all indicators when showing the Design page; and All indicators are off which turns off all the indicators on the Design page.

You can create more scenarios by supplying the new name under Settings name and pressing the Create button. Next, check the indicators you want to enable in this scenario using the checkboxes at the top of the dialog. If you want all indicators on, except the ones you have selected, then select the Checked indicators are button.

If you want to see the results of your scenario without closing the dialog, press the Apply button. This will apply the currently selected indicator set to the Design page.

If you want to abandon all changes since the last Apply, press the Cancel button. If you want to apply your changes and leave the dialog, press OK.

Use these indicators to determine when and how you want to display a field, or when keywords and help specifications will be in effect.
