This topic provides an overview of creating a software analysis configuration
Before you can create an analysis configuration you need to:
- Open a perspective, typically one of the following: z/OS® Projects, Enterprise
Development, or AIX® COBOL.
- Create a project, such as a z/OS project,
and add COBOL or PL/I source code files to it.
To create a
software analysis configuration:
Note: These
instructions assume that you are creating a software analysis configuration
for a local project. You can select other scope options in the software
analysis configuration editor and you can override the configured
scope at runtime.
You are now ready to run a code review on your project. See Starting a code review; runtime scope.
