Using PDM keyboard shortcuts in the Object Table view

Purpose

You can use the following keys while working in the Object Table view to perform actions that are consistent with PDM actions.
Function key Action Description
F4 Prompt Prompts the command string entered on the command line. If no command has been entered, the existing Browse For Commands dialog box displays, so that you can select a command for prompting.
F5 Refresh This action refreshes the list in the Object Table view and displays the new content. You can also click the refresh button from the Object Table view.
F9 Retrieve. Displays the last command string entered on the command line. Press F9 again to invoke the next-to-last command.
F14 Display date and size Toggles between the default or customized format to the all columns format for items displayed in the Object Table view. All columns include the size and date, in addition to what displays in the default format: name, type, attribute, text, and status. You can also select Show columns > All from the Object Table view drop-down menu .
F16 User options (User actions) Invokes the Work With User Actions window, so that you can modify your user actions.
F17 Subset Invokes the Subset dialog box used to subset the list. You can also select Subset from the Object Table view drop-down menu .
F18 Change defaults Invokes the Properties for Command Execution page, where you can change the defaults to use when you run commands.
F21 Print list Invokes the Print dialog box to specify the print options, and then print the list. You can also select Print from the Object Table view drop-down menu .
