Usage

  1. All values or command parameters can be typed in upper or lower case. However, AS/400 file names that are enclosed in double quotation marks (") are case sensitive.
  2. Names containing special characters, such as !, % and & must be enclosed in double quotation marks.
  3. If the file has a double quotation mark in its name, precede each double quotation mark with a slash (/). For example, if the name of the file is "time", then type /"time/".
  4. You can either use / or - in front of the parameters.
  5. Blanks are not allowed between the / or the - and the rest of the parameters.
  6. When a file name is not specified, a Record List window is displayed.
  7. If you specify names for records or groups that do not exist, the file you specify is still loaded into a Record List window.
