Developing C and C++ applications for AIX and Linux - Overview


IBM® Rational® Developer for AIX and Linux provides an integrated set of application development tools for developing C and C++ applications for AIX® and Linux operating systems. IBM Rational Developer for AIX and Linux also integrates the IBM Compiled Language Debugger for debugging applications written in C, C++ and COBOL. It works on a Windows or Linux-based client that is connected remotely to a debugger engine running on AIX or Linux.
