Running a command-line code review on AIX

Run a code review on COBOL source in specified directories using rules exported from a Code Review. Results will be generated in a time-stamped subdirectory of the directory specified by the -exportdirectory parameter.
Note: The coderev command requires that a server-side application is installed on your server. This is the same application that is used for development of remote applications using Remote Systems Explorer. If you need to install the server-side application, see AIX Server install tasks.
Usage: coderev -rulefile <rule_file> -directory <dir1>[,<dir2>,...] -exportdirectory <export_dir> [-copypath <copy1>[,<copy2>,...]] [-includefile <inc_file>] [-excludefile <exc_file>] [-data <workspace_dir>] [-verbose] [-help]
Options:
-rulefile <rule_file>
Full path of the file exported from a Code Review configuration which specifies the rules to check in the code review. The rule file must have a .dat file extension.
-directory <dir1>[,<dir2>,...]
Comma-separated list of full paths of the directories that contain the source to be reviewed.
-exportdirectory <export_dir>
Full path of the directory to generate the results. A time-stamped subdirectory will be created and results for the run will be in the time-stamped subdirectory.
-copypath <copy1>[,<copy2>,...]
Comma-separated list of full paths of directories containing copybooks included by COBOL source to be reviewed. Copybooks will also be analyzed and could potentially be required to do some analyses on the COBOL source file including them.
-includefile <inc_file>
Full path to the text file containing a list of files to include in the review. Use one entry per line. Each entry is a file name within, or a relative file name from one of the directories to be reviewed. Other files will not be reviewed.
-excludefile <exc_file>
Full path to text file containing a list of files to exclude from the review. Use one entry per line. Each entry is a file name within, or a relative file name from one of the directories to be reviewed. Other files will be reviewed.
-data <workspace_dir>
If specified, the IDE workspace used to do the code review. Some temporary projects will be created, preferences set, and logs generated in this workspace directory. If not specified, a temporary workspace directory will be created within ~/.coderev/ and then deleted after the run.
-verbose
Causes output information to be written to standard output.
-help
Prints help screen.
