The WDWBORDER or WDWTITLE keyword is specified on a record with a WINDOW keyword that references another window. The border of the window referenced by this WINDOW keyword will not be changed.
The WDWBORDER and WDWTITLE keywords only applies when the WINDOW keyword defines a new window. If this record also contains a display size conditioned window definition keyword, the WDWBORDER and WDWTITLE keywords will only apply to it.
Response: If this record does not contain a window definition keyword then remove the indicated WDWBORDER keyword.
