Select one of the following items to reflect the level of optimization to
be used when compiling the source member.
- *CMDDFT
- The default currently set on your host system. Not necessarily the
installation defaults.
- *NONE
- Select *NONE if you do not want any optimization. This is the
fastest in terms of translation time. You can display and modify
variables while debugging when *NONE is selected.
- *BASIC
- Select *BASIC if you want some optimization to be done on the compiled
source. You can display but not modify variables while debugging when
*BASIC is selected.
- *FULL
- Select *FULL if you want the most efficient code. The translation
time is the longest. You can display but not modify variables while
debugging when *FULL is selected. However, the values displayed may not
be the current values.
