The MAXMSG option specifies the maximum number of messages with
a given severity (or higher) that the compilation should produce.

- Count only severe error and unrecoverable error messages.

- Terminate the compilation if the number of messages exceeds
this value. If messages are below the specified severity or are
filtered out by a compiler exit routine, they are not counted in
the number. The value of n can range from 0 to 32767. If you specify 0, the compilation
terminates when the first error of the specified severity is encountered.
