Rational Developer for System z, Version 7.6

CARMA Browser action state

com.ibm.carma.ui.ramBrowserActions

7.0.1

Determines how the default CARMA actions should appear in CARMA repositories view(s). The actions can be enabled, disabled, or hidden via the extension point for a given RAM.

Enabled actions take the default behavior as specified by the view. Disabled actions will be grayed out, but still displayed, when resources from the RAM are selected. Hidden actions will be removed from the context menu and toolbar when the selection contains resources from the specified RAM.

This extension is useful if you would like to over-ride or disable the default CARMA view behavior. For example, the CARMA "open" action opens a CARMA member in read-write mode. If you would like to provide your own "Browse" action in the CARMA view, simply disable (or make hidden) the com.ibm.carma.action.open action id and supply your own browse action in its place.
