Finally, the only change to the run-time (apart from bug
fixes and performance enhancements) that affects the behavior of
your code is that the SIZE condition is no longer promoted to the
ERROR condition if unhandled.
However, some of the compiler changes made in V3R5, V3R6 and V3R7 require
corresponding library changes.
So, if you are using V3R5, V3R6 or V3R7 compiled code, you must have the

- PK50718 - to report DFP setting in PLIDUMP output
- PK68704 - for support of the PLISAXC and ONLINE built-in functions
- PK68705 - for support of the UTF handling built-in functions
