What we have learned in this chapter:
- C is case sensitive.
- Parameters should be BYVALUE.
- Return values should be BYVALUE.
- String parameters should be BYADDR.
- Arrays and structures should also be BYADDR.
- No descriptors should be passed.
- Input-only strings should be NONASSIGNABLE.
- C function pointers map to LIMITED ENTRYs.
- The IBM C compilers and the IBM PL/I compilers use the same
default linkage (and it matters).
