Creating topic diagrams of Java elements

You can use topic diagrams to create dynamic views of relationships between Java™ elements.

To create a topic diagram of Java elements:
  1. In the Package Explorer view, right-click a Java element; then click Visualize > Add to New Diagram File > Topic Diagram.
  2. In the Topic wizard, on the Topic Diagram Location page, specify a parent folder, type a name, and click Next.
  3. On the Topic page, select a predefined query and click Finish.
Note: You can also create topic diagrams from the diagram editor by right-clicking a Java element; then clicking Visualize > In Topic Diagram.
