About adding shortcuts to programs in Rational ClearCase Explorer

Rational® ClearCase® Explorer provides a way to access Rational ClearCase tools and URLs in your program development environment. It supports the following functions:

• Adding shortcuts to Rational ClearCase and other tools
• Adding shortcuts to Web locations that help you perform your tasks
• Adding shortcuts to views that other team members own

These shortcuts let you customize Rational ClearCase Explorer to meet your needs. A Rational ClearCase administrator can make tool and URL shortcuts that are tailored to specific project teams. You import these administrator-created site shortcuts into Rational ClearCase Explorer to have access to the resources that your project team members can access.
