To connect to a schema repository (Windows)

To connect to a schema repository:
  1. On your Windows desktop, click Start > Programs > IBM Rational > IBM Rational ClearQuest > Rational ClearQuest Maintenance Tool.
  2. In the Maintenance Tool window, perform one of the following tasks:
    • If your Rational® ClearQuest® user database administrator created a database profile, click File > Import Profile. Under Import Profile Information in File Name, enter the path to the profile or click Help. Then click Next. Specify your connections and click Finish.
    • If you have to specify your connection, click Connection > New. In the Schema Repository Properties area, in Vendor select the database vendor for the repository. Enter the required information (each vendor has different information). For more information, click Help. Then click Finish.
  3. In the Maintenance Tool, click Exit.
