This task is optional and is possible only if you use the UCM integration with Rational® ClearQuest®. As project manager, you are responsible for identifying and scheduling the high-level tasks for your project team. In some organizations, the project manager creates activities and assigns them to developers. In other organizations, the developers create their own activities.
