A set of vendor products for accessing Linux® or UNIX® file
systems from Windows® computers is supported. If
your organization uses one of these products, you can complete the following
tasks to access Linux or UNIX dynamic views from Windows computers:
- On Linux or the UNIX system, create the Linux or UNIX view
with the proper text mode, as determined by your system administrator.
- On the Windows system, use Region Synchronizer
to import the Linux or UNIX view tag of the view into your Windows network
region.
- Start the dynamic view or add a shortcut to the view in Rational® ClearCase® Explorer.
