To modify the list of users excluded from a lock (Windows)
- Display
the properties sheet for the object you want to lock.
- In the Properties browser, click Lock.
- On the Lock page, select Locked if
it is not already selected.
- Right-click in the Excluded area
and select users to add to or remove from the menu.
