About the Folder pane

The Folder pane displays a tree view of a Rational® ClearCase® view whose shortcut that you click from the Shortcut pane. For a view, the Folder pane contains directories in the view that you selected. In a UCM view, the Folder pane includes the My Activities icon.

The Rational ClearCase Explorer File menu provides an alternative way of navigating the folder list. Click File to display a list of the folders you visited last. When you select a folder in the list, the Folder pane selects that folder and displays its contents in the Details pane.

For a description of each item in the Folder pane, do one of the following:

• Right-click the item and click Help.
• Select the item in the Details pane and examine the text in the Information pane.
