To show or hide version metadata

  1. Click Tools > Options.
  2. In the Options window, click the Meta Data Filter tab.
  3. In the Filter Type section, select or clear the options for metadata to include in the version tree display.
    Tip: Use the options in the Lines section to specify how many lines of label or attribute text to display next to versions.
  4. Do one of the following.
    • Click OK to save your changes and close the window.
    • Click Apply to see the effect of your specification and keep the window open to make further changes.
    • Click Cancel to discard your changes and close the window.
