If you work in a multiple-stream project, a deliver operation makes new work available to other project members or to other projects, performs file merges, and informs you of file conflicts that must be manually resolved. After you prepare your view, you can start the deliver operation.
To deliver activities, on Linux and the UNIX system, user Project Explorer, and, on Windows, use Rational® ClearCase® Explorer.
