Create a Windows region tag for a UNIX view

In the Synchronize ClearCase® Regions window, complete the following steps:

  1. Select View Tags as the Import Type. The list now displays all views registered in the UNIX network region that do not currently have corresponding view tags in your Windows network region
  2. Select a UNIX view tag.
  3. Click Import. The Create View Tag window opens.
  4. In the Create View Tag window, do the following:
    1. Verify the Tagname.
    2. Verify the Global Storage Path.
    3. Type a comment (for example, "Version 2.4 bugfix view").
    4. Verify the Hostname.
    5. Click OK.
