To start the File Browser

You can start the File Browser from a command prompt with or without a view context.

With a view context, use the following command:
```
xclearcase &
```
If you do not have a proper view context, File Browser prompts you to specify a view.
Without a view context, for a dynamic view, use a setview command in the following format:
```
cleartool setview -exec xclearcase test_view
```
Without a view context, for a snapshot view, change directory to the snapshot view root and use the following command:
```
xclearcase &
```

The File Browser window opens.
