The following problems have been seen in the integration:
If you attempt to add new files to a JBuilder project without checking out the project file (.jpx), you are asked if you want to check out the project file. If you choose not to check out the project file, the new files are not added to the project. When you close the JBuilder IDE your changes are lost.
You must check out the project file before adding any new files.
