When you work in a snapshot view, use the Update View command to obtain the most current file versions before you check out a file. Files that are currently checked out in your view are not updated.

When you update your view, the results may indicate that some of the updated files are hijacked. In the Snapshot View Update window, you can check out or remove the hijacked files.
