To connect to a schema repository (Windows)

  1. On your Windows desktop, click Start > Programs > IBM Rational > IBM Rational ClearQuest > Rational ClearQuest Maintenance Tool.
  2. In the Maintenance Tool window, do one of the following:
    • If your ClearQuest® user database administrator created a database profile, click File > Import Profile. Under Import Profile Information in File Name, enter the path to the profile or click Help. Then click Next. Specify your connections and click Finish.
    • If you have to specify your connection, click Connection > New. Under Schema Repository Properties in Vendor, select the database vendor for the repository. Enter the required information (each vendor is different). For more information, click Help. Then click Finish.
  3. In the Maintenance Tool, click Exit.
