To change the drive allocated as the dynamic-views drive

You can change the drive that is allocated as the dynamic-views drive.

About this task

On Windows platforms only, a drive (by default, drive M) provides access to the VOBs and dynamic views active on the current Rational® ClearCase® host.

Procedure

  1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
  2. Double-click ClearCase, and in the ClearCase Properties window, click MVFS.
  3. Change the value in Drive Letter and click OK.

What to do next

You can now use the newly allocated drive to access all dynamic views started on your computer.
