Procedure

Use the following commands to control the display of versions.
Command Display control
Edit > Select Limits the versions selected by various criteria.

This lets you operate on a subset of the versions in the display.
View > Options Controls columns displayed and the format of element names.
View > Sort Elements Arranges the ordering of elements in the display.
