For illustration purposes, assume that you are in the Business Administration department of the London branch, looking for new audit solutions for the branch hardware and other physical assets. Use the following steps to find the SampleAuditAsset:

  1. In the Asset Manager perspective, open the Search Results view if it is not already open.
  2. 2. Open the Filter tab, and scroll until you see the Category Section.
Search results view with the category filter selected in the Filter's tab.
  3. Select the Business Domain category and notice that the Business Administration, New Business Development, Relationship Management, Services and Sales, Product Fulfillment, Financial Control and Accounting, and subcategories appear. The tooling will display the subcategories as you progress deeper into the category.
  4. Click the Business Domain category filter This opens all of the assets tagged with the Business Domain category in the Search Results view. Rather than scrolling and picking and choosing the assets form the list. Continue to use the category filters.
  5. 5. Select the New Business Development category filter in the Sector Management category. View the SampleAuditAsset in the Search Results view
