Congratulations! This tutorial has taught you how to transform a logical
data model into a physical data model.
Completed learning objectives
If you have completed all of the exercises, you should now be able to do
these tasks:
- Import a sample data design project that contains a domain model and a
logical data model
- Associate the domain model with the data design project properties to use
it as the standard for the project
- Transform the logical data model to a physical data model
- Modify logical data model properties by using a diagram and the Properties
view
- Retransform the logical data model to a physical data model and observe
how your changes affected the transformation
- Modify a physical data model to add an index and generate a DDL script
to capture your changes
