Transforming a physical data model into a logical data model
You can use a wizard to transform physical to logical data models.
Before you transform a logical data model, you must set transformation preferences.
Then you can use the wizard to specify additional transformation options.
Setting data type mappings for data model transformation
You can set data type mappings for data model transformation by
using the Preferences window. These preferences are used to define how logical
data types are mapped to physical data types during logical to physical or
physical to logical data model transformation.
