WorkProductDescriptor

Captures the Capability or Enterprise Phases and the Capabilities that they relate to. The CV-1 also ties the goals and visions to the capabilities that drive the need for the means to implement the capabilities as systems

Purpose

Give the reason rationale behind why a capability needs to be realized as a set of systems or services and maps capabilities onto capability or enterprise phases (UPDM)
