Task: Develop the Organizational Relationships Chart (OV-4)

This task defines the organizational structures and interactions and captures them in the OV-4. These organizations, posts and billets can now be used in the context of the OV-2 or the SV-1

Purpose

To capture organizations which can exist at any level of abstraction or level from corporate agency to the definition of a platoon carrying out a task as peacekeepers, hence why elements developed on them can be used in an SV-1
