Capability Pattern: Develop Operational Views

The approach of this workflow is take an activity led Black-Box, White Box approach to developing the architecture. First phase goes through the development of the Black Box activity diagram. Means of realising the activity behaviour is then captured in the OV-2 and the OV-4. Activities are then allocated to these Performers and Organizations, this drives the derivation of the OV-2 resource flows from which the OV-3 is generated.

This flow should be repeated for each mission, use cases or set of scenarios. This implies an Agile iterative approach to the development of the architecture because during each iteration the existing information needs to revalidated and potential restructured if the behaviors of the different scenarios contradict.
