The SvcV-10b Service State Transition Description is a collection of state-based model information and diagrams intended to precisely capture the relationships between events and the state-dependent behavior they drive for a particular service. It complements the SvcV-4 and the SvcV-10c

Purpose

The SvcV-10b provides a state-based description of event-driven behavior of elements in the context of service definition and interactions.

It should be noted that it is NOT a definition of System behavior that implements a service but a representation of the reaction that a system implementing the service should have.
