Captures the resources flowing between services and various attributes of those resources

Purpose

The SvcV-6 is matrix of data exchanges that provides a perspective of data dependencies at the service level. Each exchange of information between services is unique and specifies the informational needs of a mission-driven behavioral or servicing relationship at the Service level.
