The SvcV-8 is a plan for the evolution of the services comprising the Operational Enterprise. It incorporates insertions of new capabilities, and the evolution of existing services.

Purpose

The SvcV-8 is a mechanism for proactively managing the orderly inclusion of new and retirement of aging service specification in the overall context of a changing operational enterprise.
