| The SV-9 identifies significant technologies and skills, whose characteristics are likely to impact the evolution of the operational enterprise and/or its component services. |

Purpose
| The SvcV-9 provides the technology companion to the SvcV-8. As the requisite capabilities of the service
interfaces evolve, we must account for changing technology. Planning for technology insertion at appropriate
times allows us to proactively manage many aspects of the operational enterprise. |
