Task: Update Systems Resource Flow Description (SV-2)

This task updates the SV-1 with the resource flows derived from the White box SV-4 mapped onto physical communications networks and infrastructure.

Purpose

Populates the SV-2 with relevant resource flows and physical communication channels required to implement the required operatoinal capability.
