Activity: Develop Capability Views
Work Breakdown Structure
Description
The Capability view work flow is based upon capturing the capbility and enterprise phase that are required to attain the vision and the goals. Then Capabilities are identifed and they dependencies in the CV-2 and the CV-4. From here constraints are developed on the capabilities by defining the Conditions (DoDAF2.0) or environment (UDPM, Dodaf 2.0) in which the capabilities need to be realised. These arhcitectural element are all then brought together to complete the CV-1.
