Task: Define the Services Functionality Behavior/Description (SvcV-4)

The task to develop the SvcV-4 relates to the definition of service functions and operations and showing how they are allocated to services. It is a way of allocating behavior to structure, in this case Services. The service interactions across a swimlane or service boundary indicate a resource flow or information exchange of some kind, this is used to drive the development of the service interfaces and various resource flow matrices.
