Captures the dependencies between planned and supporting capabilities and the defines logical groupings of capabilities.

Purpose

It shows how a planned capability is dependent upon other capabilities to achieve its own goals. The supporting capabilities could be a planned capability in another architecture. These interacting affects need to be considered, as the timelines for the development of the supporting capabilities could prevent the timelines of the planned capabilities being met.
