Identifies the business and operational rules, and process constraints that impact the (operational) activities.

Purpose

Policies and rules impacting or constraining mission capabilities may change, while the capabilities themselves remain constant. The OV-6a provides a means to capture and manage those rules and constraints separately from the affected capabilities and requirements
