Artifact: SV-6: Systems Resource Flow Matrix

Captures the resources flowing between systems and various attributes of those resources

Purpose

The SV-6 is matrix of data exchanges that provides a perspective of data dependencies at the systems level. Each exchange of information between systems and system nodes is unique and specifies the informational needs of a mission-driven behavioral or servicing relationship at the System level.
