Artifact: SV-7: Systems Measures Matrix

Captures the characteristics and constraints of the systems model elements for the relevant timeframes.

Purpose

Captures supplemental and other non-functional requirements, such as Quality of Service, associated with systems and system activities. This information is captured in a standard format so that it is directly traceable to the systems that they support.
