Artifact: SvcV-3b: Systems-Services Matrix

Matrix showing the interdependencies between services based upon resource flows.

Purpose

The SvcV-3 provides a quick reference for which systems and system nodes interact. It is normally derived from the SvcV-2, it can designed to show different types of relationship i.e. service interfaces, planned v existing, etc.
