Captures the characteristics and constraints of the service model elements for the relevant timeframes.

Purpose

Captures supplemental and other non-functional requirements, such as Quality of Service, associated with services and service activities. This information is captured in a standard format so that it is directly traceable to the services that they constrain and/or define.
