Annotate Cell with Version and Release Identifier
| Add tags and labels to the cell using prevailing convention and agreed tag(s) to identify the new cells and their hierarchy
as relevant. |
Release Cell into Library
| Commit updated cell(s) into the library by checking-in to design configuration management. |
Annotate Library with Version and Release Identifier
| Add library attributes using prevailing convention and agreed tag(s) to identify the library release. |
Commit Updates
| Commit the library updates by checking-in to design configuration management. |
Update the Change Request with Release Information
| Add the configuration identifiers to the CR. |
Mark the Change Request as Ready for Approval
| Analog Designer completes their work with notes updated to CR, either through state to ready for review or through Work
Item approvals. |
Notify Change Request Approvers
| The CR approvers are alerted that the CR is ready to close. |
Approve Change Request
| The Design Authority satisfies themselves that the updates meet the CR(s) and that the requisite or sufficient evidence is
provided. This step may require multiple design authorities. |
Propose Concession (optional)
| The Design Authority proposes a concession where there is a gap with respect to meeting the intent of the CR. This
concession needs to be accepted by additional approvers. |
