Work Items are a central concept in managing and tracking changes in a regulated environment. Work Items may be Enhancement Requests, Tasks or Defects just to name a few.

In this section, Pete is going to create a number or work items and assign one of them to a Requirements Engineer named Susan.

You can quickly create work items by using a work item template. The work items that you create based on a template are populated with the same field values as those work items that you specify when you create the template.
