| This is an initial release of a Value Traceability Tree (VTT) for Systems Engineering, with a focus on the primary business improvement dimension of Reduce Cost. It draws upon the base IBM Rational Performance Measurement Systems Practices and VTT, and is presented here as an updated sub-set. It is possible to draw upon the wider set for other dimensions, strategies and solutions. Herein we link the solutions to reduce cost to the IBM Rational Systems Engineering Practices. |
