Task: Assign Work

This task describes how to use the process assets when you perform the role of the Project Manager and assign the work items associated with a change request to the people in your team.

Steps

1. From the list of pre-defined set of work items that have been automatically created, open the parent one - Manage Change.

2. Consult the process guidance in order to understand what are the main tasks and what roles are involved, by right-clicking on the detailed description link.

3.Assign the children work items to the corresponding roles on your team by using the role-related information captured in the description of the tasks.
