Steps

1. Log into Rational Team Concert

2. Create a set of work items that are based on the Change Management work item template: from the Work Items menu, click Create from Work Item Template

3. Select the Change Management template

The work items tasks are automatically created.

4. Link the work item to the correspondent Change Request work item, by creating a parent/child relationship. All the work items instantiated by using the template could now be tracked back to the initial Change Request. This will allow to easily monitor all the work done within the right context.
